Conditions specific to recruiters registering for Singapore Job Network’s
CV sending service.

TERMS (Last updated 16.08.2013) Welcome to Singapore Job
Network, the network for quality, targeted candidates looking for their next
career move right now. By receiving CVs from us you agree to the following:

1. You are representing a bona fide search firm or
recruitment agency.
2. You will not contact Singapore Job Network candidates for
any reason other than for bona fide career opportunities that would be
considered normal and customary employment. You will not charge or offer to
charge any candidate referred by Singapore Job Network for any of your services.
3. You agree not to disperse, forward or otherwise transfer
any personal information about a Singapore Job Network referred candidate
without the prior consent of the candidate first. This includes: not presenting
a candidates credentials to a potential employer, and/or publishing a
candidate’s personal information in a database that can be viewed by others not
associated with your firm.
4. You will not send Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) to
any candidate referred to your firm by Singapore Job Network. Auto responses
are permitted identifying your particular search firm practice or search firm
website, no other advertisements (other than details of job vacancies) are
permitted without prior approval of Singapore Job Network.
5. Singapore Job Network reserves the right to change or
modify these terms. When changed, the date of the change will appear on the top
left of these Terms
6. TERMINATION: Singapore Job Network has the right to
terminate any recruiter account for any reason whatsoever, without any
liability to the recruiter.
7. You agree that through your use of the Singapore Job
Network web site to agree to abide by United States laws.


This Website contains copyright material, trade names and
other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, design, text,
software and graphics. The entire contents of this Website are protected by
copyright law. Singapore Job Network, or its licensors, own copyright and/or
database rights in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of
such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify,
publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative
